Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscriptions: Basic at ₹99/month and Pro at ₹499/month. Payments are billed monthly via CCAvenue and auto-renew unless cancelled.

Eligible for Full Refund ✅

• Refund request made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
• Technical failure preventing access to paid features for more than 48 hours
• Duplicate payment due to a payment gateway error
• Payment deducted but plan not activated in your account

Not Eligible for Refund ❌

• Refund request made after 7 days of subscription
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (outputs depend on uploaded document quality)
• Subscription was actively used (analyses were run during the billing period)
• Auto-renewal charges — please cancel before your renewal date

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@merapolicyadvisor.in
2. Include: your registered email, transaction ID or order number, and reason for refund
3. We review and respond within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@merapolicyadvisor.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We resolve all genuine disputes quickly and amicably. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
